You can book a health test on the healthians website through the following ways

Select a package that best suits your requirements or doctor recommended tests from the "Health Checkup Packages". You will be prompted to update your location on top right of the screen - please select the location for which you wish to see the packages (for example, if you live in Gurgaon, and you wish to check packages for your parents who live in Indore, please select Indore in location prompt.)

You can also choose tests based on your Health Risk areas by selecting from various health risks listed on our homepage.

Once you have selected the package click on the book now option.

Enter your phone number and the OTP you receive. Update details of members who you want to add on for the test. Update a convenient date and time for sample collection.

Select a payment method and complete your order.

Once you complete your order, your summary page will open with details of your booking.

You can book a test on the Healthians Android App with the following steps.

Open the app and select your location. Please select the location for which you wish to see the packages (for example, if you live in Gurgaon, and you wish to check packages for your parents who live in Indore, please select Indore in location prompt.)

You can select one of the recommended tests or click on the search button at the top.

You can select one of the popularly searched tests and the app will show you packages which have that test. or, you can scroll down to view some of the most popular packages on the app. You can also search for a package and choose the one best suited for your needs.

Once you've selected the package, you can view details of the parameters included and click on "Details" button to check what all tests are included in the package. You can also directly click on “Cart” button next to details button to add the test directly to cart.

Click on “Book Now” here to add your test to the cart.

You can select the number of members you want to include for the specific test you've selected. You can also add new members at this step.

Yes, you can add more than one member for a health test. While placing your order there will be an option for you to select the number of members you want the test for.

Healthians is a direct to customer business with no middlemen involved. Also we have our own labs as well as partner labs where all the processes are controlled internally. Through a combination of the above factors we are able to control our costs and transfer the benefit to our customers in the form of lower prices.

Fasting maybe required in case of a few tests to ensure accurate results. In general it is also advisable to abstain from alcohol and heavy diet at least for 24 hours before any health test. You can see the requirement for each test on the product page.

You can pay for your tests through netbanking, debit card, credit card, UPI or COD. Once you have made the booking you will see your order and booking summary on the app & website and will also receive an SMS with details of your booking and sample collection slot on your registered mobile number.

You will receive an SMS with the details of your booking and your sample collection time slot on your registered mobile number immediately after you book a test. You can also check "My bookings" section in your app or on your account on web.If you have opted-in for Whatsapp communication, you will be notified over Whatsapp as well.

You can view all your past bookings under the "My bookings" section under your profile icon in app or on your account on web.

Yes, you can add any additional tests you require. You can call our customer care or ask the phlebotomist to add these tests. You can pay the phlebotomist directly or request for an online payment link for such tests.

We have various payment options available. You can pay through online banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, wallets and COD (Cash on Delivery).

Yes, similar to your other transactions via debit or credit card, paying for your tests is completely safe, we have secure payment gateways, platform audits and payment security certificates in place.

Hcash is Healthians e-wallet facility which you can access once you have created your account on Healthians website or app.
Access Hcash on website: Click on your profile button on top right and get Hcash from the drop down menu.
Access Hcash on app: Click on your profile button on bottom right and access Hcash.
Each time you book a test with Healthians, you will be rewarded with Hcash points. You can redeem these points in your next booking and get upto 10% of your package amount as an additional discount using the Hcash wallet. Your Hcash amount generally expires within 90 days.

Your Hcash passbook is available on the Healthians website under Hcash section in your profile. You can check the details of each Hcash transaction and your balance points here.
